Shipping Methods

For shipments to Greece


Simple shipping and fixed charge of €3.00 for orders worth less than € 38.

Shipping is free for orders worth €38 or more.

Some heavy and bulky items are excluded, thus their shipping costs are calculated ad hoc.

For all cash on delivery (COD) orders there is an additional charge of €2.0 from the courier company.


If the products of each order are immediately available in the store at the time of its processing, delivery takes place within 1-3 working days, under normal conditions and depending on the delivery destination.

Exceptions are border - remote - inaccessible areas or islands, where shipping may take from 2 to more days.

Saturday delivery has an extra charge. Our staff will inform you about the additional charges. In the case of shipping with EL.TA. it should be mentioned that the delivery time of the order, depending on the place of destination, may reach up to 5 working days.

Shipping times may change due to unpredictable factors such as: non-immediate availability of products, special processing, strikes, delays of transport companies, bad weather conditions, holidays, public holidays, etc.

For orders with a volume of more than 0.6 m3 or a value of more than 200, the available payment methods are: Credit card, Bank deposit or Paypal.

 

Shipments abroad

 

Foreign shipments are carried out with Hellenic Post Office (ELTA).


The shipment cost for foreign countries is calculated after the order and our staff will inform you about the cost and delivery time.

Estimated time of delivery depends on the precise delivery destination and the registration date of the order.

The buyer has full responsibility for any items / packages or part that may be seized by the customs authorities and acknowledges and agrees that the company Tsironis SA accepts no liability if, for any reason, send order did not deliver its destination.

 

* For International orders the accepted payment methods are only Paypal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer (for the Bank Transfer, is the buyer’s responsibility to check with the local bank for any possible fees).
