At Toys.gr, we want to reward your loyalty by offering a points collection system that allows you to turn your points into discounts on your future purchases! For every 20 points that you redeem, you'll receive a €1 discount (for example, if you redeem 80 points, you'll receive a €4 discount).

1. Sign up as a customer on our online store.
2. Select products and complete your purchases as a registered user and earn 1 point for every €1 spent. If you place an order as a guest, points will not be credited, nor can they be credited to your account retrospectively.
3. Earned points are automatically credited to your account as soon as your order is dispatched and are immediately available for redemption. In the event of cancellation or return of your order, the points for that order will be deducted from your account. In the event of modification of your order (addition or removal of products), your points will be adjusted accordingly.
4. You can receive additional points in periodic promotional actions that are in progress and announced via email or social media.
5. Earn 5 points for every product review and 2 more points if the review includes a photo! We are looking for product reviews purchased from toys.gr in the previous year. Reviews should be 50 or more words and provide details about what you or your child liked/didn't like. With the approval and publication of your review, points will be deposited into your account!
6. Lastly, earn points by reporting errors on the website. Points earned will be at the discretion of the customer service team.

How many points do I have?

If you want to know the number of points you have available for use, simply log in to your account on toys.gr and click on the "My Points" link located on the right-hand side of the menu. From here, you'll be able to view the history of the points you've earned or redeemed, as well as the number of points you currently have available for use. Please note that points earned from submitting product reviews are only available after the review has been approved. Additionally, points earned from reporting a bug or error on our website will be available as soon as we confirm the issue.

How do I redeem my points?

To redeem your points or a portion of them, you must be logged into your account at the time of checkout and select the number of points you want to redeem in the field provided in your shopping cart before making payment.

IMPORTANT: toys.gr reserves the right to modify or cancel the points collection program at any time and without prior notice or explanation. Abuse of this program may result in the suspension or cancellation of orders.
