The date of receipt of your order and the date of submitting the return request must not exceed 14 calendar days. If this timeframe is exceeded, we reserve the right to decline the replacement.
The packaging must remain intact and in its original (factory) condition.
Return Process
Place the product in a larger box to protect it during shipping.
Include a document in the package specifying how you wish to resolve the financial balance if the product is deemed eligible for return.

Important Notes
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Products purchased on offer can only be exchanged for other promotional items of equal or greater value.
Returning Defective Products
If the products you received are defective or if we are at fault for an error in your order (e.g., incorrect order processing, invoicing, shipping, etc.), you may request a replacement. Upon agreement and confirmation of the defect or error by us, we take full responsibility for replacing the product and covering the cost of shipping the new item, provided it is in stock.
Shipping costs for the replacement product are covered entirely by our company. The return of the defective product must be made through our partnered courier service (Speedex), and you must notify us within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
